1. Return Eligibility

  • You may return most unused and unopened items within 2 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
  • Returned items must be free of damage, scratches, or signs of use.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used personal care gadgets.
  • Software or digital products.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact our support team within 2 days of delivery via:
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return. provide the video (proof) of product opening and snaps/vidoes (Proof) of the damaged item for claiming the order
  3. We will guide you through the return process and provide a return authorization number. we will claim your return / Refund for you and update you on your registered number.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued to your original payment method (or via bank transfer/JazzCash for Cash on Delivery orders).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. Please contact us immediately if you receive a faulty product.
