We currently ship to all major cities and towns across Pakistan. Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).
- During sale seasons (Eid, Black Friday, etc.), processing may take 2-3 business days.

🔍 Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you’ll receive an SMS/Email with a tracking number.
- Track your order via our website or courier partner’s portal (e.g., TCS, Leopards, Trax Courier, PostEx, M&P etc.).

- Address Accuracy: Double-check your shipping address! Incorrect details may delay delivery.
- Failed Deliveries: After 2 failed attempts, the order returns to us. Reshipping fees apply.
- Public Holidays: Deliveries pause on holidays (e.g., Eid, Independence Day).
